One of the most important metrics in the Giarte IT Xperience Monitor is the number of “fans” (“yes” and “absolutely” recommendations) – customers who would recommend this company to others. An impressive 95% of the participants would recommend Xebia's cloud unit Oblivion. This is far above the industry average of 75%. Other categories in which Oblivion excels are competence (92), adaptability (91), reliability (92) and communication (91). The valuation for their services portfolio is very conclusive as well. This shows from the excellent score of 9.1 for the Platform Engineering services of Oblivion, an 8.6 for Advanced Public Cloud Management and an 8.4 for Cloud Financial Management. Within the segment of Cloud Financial Management, Oblivion was the only participant with enough references to obtain a rating.
